Follow these simple steps to create a refreshing and delicious infused water for you and the whole family. These drinks are especially great to have on hand during active sports play, instead of sugar filled sports drinks.

EYE-HEALTHY INFUSED WATER

  • 1. Choose a large jug or pitcher.
  • 2. Fill the jug or pitcher with a handful of your favourite chopped herbs.
  • 3. Slice and add in a few of your favourite eye healthy fruits and veggies!
  • 4. Fill the container with filtered water and allow to sit in fridge for a minimum of two hours so the water and flavours can infuse together.

Get creative with your combos! Enjoy mixing and matching your favourite herbs and fruits and vegetables to create a unique combo to you!
